About Us Activ8 Distribution Ltd was established in 2000 providing unlocking equipment and accessories to the UK market. Since that time we have grown into a distributor and now have offices in Mainland Europe and China sourcing products for a range of diverse retailers and businesses

Since 2005 we have provided a repair centre for trade and retail which has full-time engineers covering not only mobile phones but iPod's, PS3, Nintendo Wii, DS Lite and more. Making A Purchase Sourcing
We do put a lot of items on our site that you can source directly and save yourself money. The easiest way is to contact us directly to discuss how we can help you save money and get your products quicker.

Trade
Simply enter your order, proceed through checkout and we'll get your order ready for dispatch or collection.
For customers outside the UK, we can ship from our China office anywhere in the world saving the extra costs of shipping through the UK.

Dropshipping
Simply add each order and then change the delivery details according to your customers details.

If you have multiple items for a customer add all of these under one order and shipping will automatically be calulated for you.
Shipping And Handling SHIPPING CHARGES

Trade
For UK customers it is a standard £8 shipping charge with free postage on orders over £175.00
For European and Global customers the charge is £18 but is subject to change dependent on the volumetrics.

All items are shipped from our UK warehouses but can also be shipped direct around the world form our China offices. China dispatched orders are priced on size and volume

Small Orders
Our minimum orders is £50 except for customers who had active DropShip accounts prior to 1st March 2010.

From 1st March 2010 all prices are calculated based on weight. Please visit the "Products / Pricelist" tab on our site for more information

Please note that we only guarantee items sent Recorded and Special Delivery. By placing orders with us your are agreeing to non-recorded items being sent at you own risk.
Delivery Schedule When you place your order online, we'll send you a confirmation email immediately, to let you know we have successfully received your order.

Orders received before 4pm Monday-Friday are normally despatched the same day.
Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will cancel the items from your order. We will email your invoice with an expected delivery time or whether the item will be discontinued to keep you and your customers up to date.
Tax Charges For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is added. European customers can be exempted on providing us with valid VAT documentation.
Credit Card Security You can choose from a range of different payment providers all offering secure methods of payment. In all instances you should ensure that you see the padlock on the bottom right of your screen to give assurance that you are on a secure site.
Guarantee We do everything to ensure that your products arrive safe and sound and in full working order. If for any reason you or your customer are unhappy with the products provided please fill an RMA form (available on our website) and simply return the item unused and undamaged in its original packaging for a refund. The guarantees provided by Activ-8 are in addition to, and do not affect, your statutory rights as a consumer.

We advise you to insure against loss or damage in transit; we will not credit goods that are subsequently lost or damaged. For unwanted items we charge a 20% admin / restocking fee. No refunds are offered on sim cards or unlocking equipment.

Returns Policy Changes to Terms & Conditions 1st March 2010.

Supply and sale of goods by Activ8 Distribution Ltd is subject to the following standard terms and conditions:-
1.
DEFINITIONS
In these terms and conditions:
"The Company" means Activ8 Distribution Ltd.
"The Customer" means the person or organisation requesting a sale or return account.
2.
PAYMENT
a)
Standard payment terms for customers with agreed sale or return accounts are up front.
b)
All costs incurred in recovering overdue debts including, without limitation, legal expenses will be payable by the Customer.
c)
The Company may terminate this Agreement and/or withhold further supplies in the event of amounts payable being overdue, breach of any of these Terms and Conditions of Supply or any other reason which at the discretion of the Company warrants such action.
3.
PROPERTY AND RISK
a)
Title to any Goods supplied at any time to the Customer by the Company shall not pass to the Customer, notwithstanding delivery of any Goods or any documents representing them, until payment in full for any and all such Goods supplied and all other amounts on any account whatsoever due from the Customer to the Company has been made in full by the Customer.
b)
Until the passing of property under clause 3a) above, the Customer shall be the bailee of the Goods for the Company and:
i) shall keep the Goods in its possession and control, intact and in good condition;
ii) pending the passing of property in the Goods under clause 3a) above, the Customer shall not dispose of, charge or encumber any of the Goods or purport do so except that the Company licenses the Customer to dispose of Goods on arm's length terms in the ordinary course of its business.
c)
The Company shall be entitled at any time before the passing of property in the Goods under clause 3a) above, to terminate the license granted to the Customer under clause 3b) (ii) above and to enter upon the Customers premises (or any other premises where the Goods are kept) for the purpose of removing them.
d)
The illegality or enforceability of any part of clause 3 shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remainder of clause 3 and if any part of clause 3 is held not to be valid if part of the wording were deleted or modified then that provision shall apply with such modification as may be necessary to make it enforceable.
e)
Goods supplied by the Company are at the Company's risk from the time they are duly delivered to the relevant delivery address or if the Customer is responsible for collecting the Goods from the time they leave the Company's premises. The Customer will be responsible for insuring the Goods while they are at its risk.
f)
Goods are supplied on a sale or return basis unless previously agreed in writing. The details of the returns policy is stated below:-

RETURNS POLICY
Prior authorisaton for books sold to customers in UK, EU and Western Europe is not required as long as:
The goods were invoiced by the Company during the previous 1 month period.
A returns form is completed and sent with the goods.
Invoice numbers must be quoted. No credits will be provided without an invoice number.
All returned goods must be in good clean resaleable condition without defacing marks, stickers, barcodes or security devices.
We can not guarantee to send back any goods that are outside our returns conditions or are deemed as being unacceptable and reserve the right to destroy these without compensation.
If these conditions are not met Activ8 Distribution reserve the right to return any shipment at the seller's cost without credit.
A maximum of 5 items of a particular style, model & colour can be returned within a 1-month period.
Exceptions
Any imperfect items (those with production faults) will be accepted without time limit
Books sold outside UK, EU and Western Europe are sold on a firm sale basis and are not returnable. Books returned to Activ8 Distribution by customers outside UK, EU and Western Europe will not be credited, will not be acknowledged and will be destroyed. Activ8 Distribution accepts no liability for financial losses incurred by customers who have submitted unauthorised returns.
- Any other exceptions must be agreed in writing with either a Director of Activ8 Distribution.
- All correspondence, enquiries and shipments should be addressed to: Activ8 Distribution Ltd, Unit 2-3 2- Caxton Way, Watford WD18 8UAUK.
4.
COMPANY'S LIABILITY
a)
The Company does not make or give any warranty, representation or undertaking as to the quality of the Goods, their correspondence with description or fitness for purpose that the Goods are not defamatory, injurious, obscene, unlawful, or in breach of copyright in any other manner whatsoever.
b)
Without prejudice to the foregoing provisions of this clause claims for any damage to or shortages in Goods delivered must be notified to the Carrier and the Company at the time of delivery (if the Goods are inspected by or on behalf of the Customer at the time of delivery) or, if the Goods are not so inspected, immediately upon inspection after delivery and in both cases confirmed to the Carrier and the Company in writing within 5 days of delivery. Written notice of claims for non-delivery must be given to the Company within 7 days of the invoice date. On no account will claims be considered if notified outside these periods.
c)
Subject to the foregoing provisions of this clause the Company will not in any circumstances be liable to the Customer or any successor or assignee of the Customer in respect of any loss of whatsoever nature occurring to the Customer arising from the supply of Goods or from non-delivery, delayed delivery, damage to or loss of the Goods owing to any act or omission by the Company (including negligence) or any cause not within the Company's control including (without limitation) fire, flood, accident, strike, riot, lock-out, trade dispute, industrial action, terrorism, nuclear accident, war, insurrection, act or restraint of Government.
d)
The Customer shall notify the Company for with in writing of any claim for infringement of any patent, copyright, design, trade mark or other industrial or intellectual property rights in the goods covered by this invoice of which the Customer becomes aware.
e)
No variation to these terms and conditions shall be binding unless agreed in writing between the authorised representatives of the Company and the customer.
f)
By accepting delivery of the Goods from the Company the Customer acknowledges receipt and thereby agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions and further acknowledges that these terms and conditions comprise the only terms and conditions which goods are supplied and that they shall not, and shall not be deemed to be, altered or varied to any extent by any previous correspondence between the Company and the Customer or by provision by the Customer to the Company or any other terms and conditions in respect of the Company's goods.
5.
TERMINATION
a)
This Agreement shall terminate for with if an order is made for bankruptcy of or an effective resolution is passed for the winding-up of the Customer or if the Customer being a Company is unable to pay its debts within the meaning of Section 123 of the insolvency Act 1986 or any statutory re-enactment or modification thereof, or makes a composition with creditors or if a supervisor, receiver, administrator, administrative receiver or other encumbrancer takes possession of or is appointed over the whole or any part of the assets of the Customer.
b)
The Company reserves the right to terminate this Agreement with the Customer at any time if trading terms and conditions are violated by the Customer.
c)
Termination of this Agreement shall not affect any rights or obligations of the parties hereto arising prior to such termination
6.
OVERSEAS CUSTOMERS
Overseas customers will be allowed an additional 7 day period in which to return the goods.
7.
LAW
All contracts under these Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the Laws of England and all disputes shall be submitted to the non exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts



Changes to Terms & Conditions 28th November 2008.

Postal Claims

We have been having an unprecedented number of claims for items lost in post. We are also receiving a high number of recorded delivery items back 5-6 weeks after they have been sent with "Item not called for". These are items we have already replaced or refunded.

Whilst a high number of UK and International standard mail is received we have seen an increasing number of claims made where it is felt that claims are not valid. Royal Mail also have a policy of claims not being able to be made for 14 days which we are now having to pass on to our customers

We have therefore made some major changes to our dispatch policy. We regret the need to make such changes but cannot continue to economically process items not received and items damaged claims that are made.

o Item dispatched from 31st November forward will only be refunded or replaced if they have been sent recorded delivery.
o Items will only be refunded if after 14 days they have not appeared on the Royal Mail site as showing the item has not been delivered or is not showing in their system.
o Damaged or faulty items will only be replaced at the discretion of the management of Activ8 Distribution Ltd based on the return of the item if required.
o Claims for loss of post will not be processed for 14 days in line with the Royal Mail policy of claims.
o Items returned to us as "Not called for" will be charged the postage and a 20% re-stocking fee for the item.
o Overseas claim will only be dealt with if our "International Signed For" service is chosen. Standard airmail will not be covered.

Whilst this may appear Draconian we emphasise the need for you to send items based on their value and your profit margins through the correct channels to cover eventualities.

N.B. All feeds are non-refundable as they are monthly commitments. Customers should ensure that they have researched the feeds before purchasing.

Goods will not be dispatched until payment has been received.
